Our History

Founded in 1996, the Law Offices of Anthony Agrippina. P.C. was established as a boutique law firm that specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactional work. We were soon recognized as providing New York City level legal representation without New York City level fees. But the firm did not remain static since opening its doors. As the real estate market and the needs of our clients changed and evolved, so did the Firm.

Law Office of Anthony Agrippina, P.C. has expanded the scope of its practice over the years so as to represent the growing and diverse needs of our clientele which grew varied and complex involving all aspects of real estate and business transactions and litigation, including foreclosures, bankruptcy, partnership disputes, brokerage, and commercial disputes, loan modifications and workouts, construction litigation, and both residential and commercial landlord-tenant law. Law Office of Anthony Agrippina has expanded the scope of its practice over the past 20 years to also include estate planning, probate work, appeals, and matrimonial law and is now a full-service law firm that can service all our clients’ needs, no matter how large or how small.
